Either, and you can switch mid-sentence. Most people move between the two without thinking about it.

Is the therapy itself any different because it’s in Greek?

No. Same work, same approach I take with everyone. The Greek, and a shared read on your world, just remove the friction of explaining and translating.

Are you based in London?

No — I’m based in Ireland and work online. London is the same time zone, so scheduling is simple. There’s no in-person option.
