Greek-speaking therapist for tech professionals in Manchester
If you’re in tech in Manchester and you’d rather talk in Greek, with someone who also knows the industry, that’s what this is. The work is the same one I do with every client — working in your own language just takes the translation out of it.
Who this is for
Greek-speaking engineers, developers, product and design people, consultants, agency owners and remote workers in and around Manchester and the wider North of England.
Why it helps that I speak Greek
It’s easier to do this in the language you grew up in. The family side, the humour, the expectations, the context of building a life away from Greece — none of it needs translating or explaining first.
You get to be blunt, funny and unsure in your own idiom, and be understood the first time. That, more than anything, is why people look for a Greek-speaking therapist rather than a local one.
And I understand the industry
You also don’t have to explain the work — the pipeline that’s gone quiet, the pricing you avoid raising, the projects, the independence. I spent 18+ years in product and growth and advised more than 500 companies before training as a psychotherapist, and I’ve done the job-to-independent route myself. It’s the same reason my solopreneur and founder clients come to me.
The work itself is the same
It’s the same private, one-to-one work I do with everyone, working the personal pattern and the practical decision together. If you work for yourself, that includes the business side — pricing, positioning, the outreach you keep putting off — alongside the pattern underneath it. The full shape of it is on how I work.
Online sessions
Everything is online, one to one. I’m based in Ireland, the same time zone as Manchester, so slots fit easily around work. If you’re remote-first anyway, a video session is just a Tuesday. There’s no in-person room.
Confidentiality
Private, one to one, and it stays that way. Nothing gets reported to anyone and I don’t use identifiable stories. Here’s how confidentiality works.
Common questions
Do I need to be in Manchester itself?
No. Sessions are online, so anywhere in the UK works the same. Manchester and the North just happen to be where a lot of my Greek-speaking, remote and independent clients are.
I work for myself. Can we cover the business too?
Yes. Pricing, positioning and the outreach you avoid sit alongside the pattern underneath them, because for solo and independent people the two are rarely separate. Same work I do with any solopreneur.
Greek or English?
Either, or both in the same session. Working in your own language is the point.
Is this a different service from the London or Dublin pages?
No — same person, same offer. The only real differences are who tends to be where and the practical logistics. The therapy itself doesn’t change.
